1949 - straight from Bolt St school with Kenny Nichols to Portland St scrap yard, where we played amongst the, half a dozen or so, steam rollers that were waiting to be scrapped. Reluctantly, we eventually made our way home, happy, covered in oil and ready for a rollicking from our parents. But it was worth it... Duncan Pinky Brown Raglan Street
